At Quarter & Last, we believe that style is timeless and time is priceless. We believe you should be able to spend more time wearing your new shoes and less time waiting for them, so we strive to deliver your order to you as quickly and conveniently as we can.
All UK footwear orders are shipped on a next day delivery service, which is free of charge. If you place your order before 5pm, we will endeavor to have it with you the following day.
Our delivery partner is DPD, who will notify you of your one-hour delivery window on the morning of delivery. Please remember to provide us with your email address and mobile number, as they will also notify you of alternative delivery options, should you not be available to sign for your parcel.
Please note that whilst we will ship everything on a next day service, there are certain parts of the UK that require a Royal Mail service, and delivery may take an additional working day e.g. Highlands and Islands.
Shoe care products will be sent on a Royal Mail service - either franked or Royal Mail 48. Please allow 3 working days for shoe care products.
What if I’m not at home when my delivery arrives?
On the morning of delivery, you will receive an hour delivery window, but if you are not going to be in, fear not! DPD will also give you options to rearrange your delivery, have your parcel delivered to a neighbour, or have your parcel left in a safe place if you’re not in.
If DPD attempt to deliver unsuccessfully twice, rather than take your parcel back to the depot, they will take it to your nearest DPD pick up point, where you can collect it when it is next convenient.
Royal Mail will hold your parcel at your local collection office. You can either collect your parcel from there, or you can visit the Royal Mail website, to organise your redelivery.
Quality is key
All of our shoes undergo rigorous quality checks prior to dispatch, to ensure that they meet the high standards we know our customers expect. If you are not happy with the product you have received or believe it to be faulty, please contact us on 0330 005 0000 and we will be happy to assist.
The majority of our orders are shipped with DHL on an expedited service, but we may revert to Royal Mail depending on the delivery location. Whichever service we use, it will be chosen in order to deliver your parcel to you as quickly and conveniently as we can. For estimated delivery times please see below. All our prices are inclusive of 20% VAT. If you are ordering from a country not liable to pay VAT, this will be refunded once your order is received.

Between fittings in the same size there is approximately ¼” difference in girth measurement.
Fittings that contain an X suffix are half as wide again. For example, FX is half way between an F and G fitting.
